Membership Cancellation Policy

1.  If you decide you want to cancel just send a written cancellation notice 30 days prior. If you have a scheduled payment within the period, the payment will be processed as scheduled.  All payments are non  refundable.

2. If you would like to reactivate your account in the future, you will be subject to the membership rate at the time of the reactivation as rates are subject to change.

A 45-MINUTE INTERVAL TRAINING CLASS THAT MIXES BODY WEIGHT EXERCISES &CALISTHENICS WITH CARDIO AND STRENGTH TRAINING. ALL FITNESS LEVELS WELCOME.

HIIT

THIS CIRCUIT-BASED CLASS CHALLENGES YOUR POWER, STRENGTH, AND ENDURANCE. OUR COACHES WILL LEAD YOU THROUGH A WORKOUT USING RINGS, PLYO BOXES, KETTLEBELLS, BATTLE ROPES, SLEDS AND MORE! ALL FITNESS LEVELS WELCOME.

STRICTLY STRENGTH

THIS 60-MINUTE STRENGTH CLASS STARTS WITH A 10-MINUTE WARM UP TO PREVENT INJURY AND HELP POSTURE. FOLLOWED BY A STRENGTH TRAINING CLASS THAT UTILIZES DUMBBELLS, BARS, KETTLEBELLS AND MORE WHILE TEACHING PROPER MOVEMENTS AND FORM BY A CERTIFIED TRAINER.

YOUTH SPORTS PERFORMANCE

THIS PROGRAM IS DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY TO IMPROVE SPEED, AGILITY, STRENGTH, CONDITIONING, AND CONFIDENCE FOR ALL ATHLETES OF ALL LEVELS.

RISE & GRIND

A CARDIO BASED; HIGH ENERGY WORKOUT DESIGNED TO PROVIDE CONDITIONING OF A VARIETY OF MUSCLE GROUPS. THIS WORKOUT CLASS COMBINES STRENGTH AND AGILITY DRILLS IN A MOTIVATING, FUN, AND FAST PACED COMMUNITY.

SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

SMALL GROUP TRAINING IS DESIGNED TO GIVE YOU ALL OF THE BENEFITS THAT COME WITH PERSONAL TRAINING BUT FOR A FRACTION OF THE COST.

BOOTCAMP YOGA

THIS 60-MINUTE BOOT CAMP STYLE FITNESS CLASS INTEGRATES, CARDIO, WEIGHT TRAINING AND ABDOMINAL WORK FOLLOWED BY VINYASA YOGA & A RELAXING MEDITATION FINISHER.

JULIE ARMSTRONG

Julie is a wife, Mom of two, and lover of all thing’s wellness. Growing up, sports and fitness were a huge part of her life. Being physically active and strong allowed her to get through many tough times and to help her be the best version of herself.

Julie entered the fitness business 17 years ago and has never looked back. In her career she owned Julie Hart Fitness, a boutique Personal training studio for many years until she rebranded to LIFT and had a space closer to home up until the pandemic hit. She also owns the Hope Experience Wellness retreats and a new space in Plymouth called Hope Haven. The Hope Experience retreats and workshops bring women together to connect to themselves and each other through fitness, yoga, meditation, personal development workshops and more.

When the opportunity arose to take over the Kingston fitness space, she jumped right in. Her experience, knowledge, and genuine care for the wellbeing of others has spanned decades. She believes mind, body and soul wellness goes far beyond making you look better. It improves your health, well being, quality of life and self esteem.
